Bet365 Champions League Ticket Draw
Bet365 runs a ticket ballot across the 2026/27 Champions League. Entry costs nothing and requires no bet — but it is restricted to verified account holders aged 26 and over, and the prize is narrower than it first looks.
We do not list the matches or the closing dates here. Each matchweek is a separate draw with its own opening and closing times (clause 1.2), and entry limits are often reached before the deadline. The live list sits behind your account on Bet365’s own ballot page — that is the only place it is current.
What the draw actually is
Bet365 gives away pairs of tickets to selected Champions League matches through a series of ballots running across the 2026/27 season, up to and including the semi-finals. The final is excluded (clause 1.1).
Entry is genuinely free. Bet365’s terms state that no purchase is necessary and that there is no charge for registering an account (clause 2.5). What it does require is a fully verified Bet365 account — identity documents and all — and an age of 26 or over.

Clause 4.1 sets the number of winners per match, and it is worth reading carefully before you build any hopes on it:

If you are in Spain, home fixtures of Spanish clubs are the better bet on two counts: three prizes instead of one, and no flight to pay for. But three pairs is still three pairs. Clause 2.4 puts it plainly — if a draw receives a thousand entries, each entry has a one-in-a-thousand chance. Treat it as a lottery ticket that costs nothing, not as an offer.
How to enter
Have a fully verified account
Registering is not enough. Clause 3.2 requires a fully verified account to claim a prize, which in Spain means completing identity verification with your NIE, TIE or passport.
Open the ballot page while logged in
The promotion is only visible from inside your account (clause 3.1). The matches available that week are listed there with their own closing dates.
Pick one match for that week
One entry per matchweek (clause 2.3). Entries are capped, so matches frequently show as full well before their closing date.
Confirm before the deadline
Entries close at 23:59 UK time on the closing date (clause 2.2). That is UK time, not Spanish time: 23:59 in the UK is 00:59 the following day in mainland Spain, and 23:59 in the Canary Islands.
Only enter for matches you could actually attend
Prizes cannot be exchanged for a different fixture and there is no cash alternative (clause 4.5). Travel and accommodation are yours to pay (clause 4.4). Winning a pair of tickets for a Tuesday night in Norway is not a prize if you cannot get there.
Who is eligible
Clauses 3.1 and 4.2. This is higher than the legal betting age in Spain, which is 18. If you are 18 to 25 you can hold an account but you cannot enter this draw.
Clause 3.2. You may also be asked for further proof of identity and age for both of you when claiming (clause 6.7).
Neither you nor your guest may be subject to a ban from any competition, club or stadium (clause 3.1a).
Anyone who has been excluded from playing with Bet365 or from receiving its promotional offers, voluntarily or otherwise, is not eligible (clause 3.1d). If you have used self-exclusion, this draw is not for you — and that is the right outcome.
Employees and contractors of Bet365, its agents and suppliers, and their immediate families and households, are excluded (clauses 3.1b and 3.1c).

The tickets never become yours
They remain the property of UEFA Events SA and the relevant club at all times (clause 4.8), and they cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged or used for any non-private purpose (clause 4.2). If you cannot attend, you cannot pass them to a friend; a new winner is drawn instead.
If you win

Prize fulfilment is handled by Octagon Worldwide Limited, not by Bet365 directly, and clause 5.1 states that all communication will be in English. It goes to the address registered on your account, which you cannot change after entering.
The notification period is stated twice, differently
Clauses 4.6 and 5.1 say winners are notified within 30 days of the draw closing. Clause 2.4 says 60. We are not going to pick one and present it as fact — check the terms on the promotion page before you rely on either. What both agree on is that a draw takes place immediately after each closing date.
Twenty-four hours to accept
You must complete the web form in the email within 24 hours of receiving it (clause 6.1). Miss it for any reason, including the message landing in spam, and a new winner is selected. This is the clause that costs people prizes.
Your data travels
By entering you agree that, if you win, your name, postal address and email — and your guest’s details — may be shared with UEFA Events SA in Switzerland and Octagon in London (clause 9.2), each under their own privacy policies.
The part most guides skip
This promotion is not run by the Spanish business you bet with. The promoter named in clause 10.7 is Hillside (New Media Malta) LP, registered in Ta’ Xbiex, Malta, while the entity licensed by the DGOJ to offer sports betting in Spain is Hillside (New Media Malta) Plc. Similar names, different legal persons.
Clause 10.3 goes further: the terms are governed by English law, and any participant wishing to take legal action must do so before the courts of the United Kingdom. Your betting account with a DGOJ-licensed operator sits under Spanish law and Spanish consumer protection; this ticket ballot does not.
Bet365 also reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel or modify the promotion at any time (clause 10.2), and the promoter’s decision is final with no correspondence entered into (clause 5.3). None of that is unusual for a prize draw. It is simply worth reading before you treat a ballot entry as an entitlement.
